HVAC did not work in room, temp stayed about 75 degrees, would not get colder. No heat in hallway, hallway was VERY cold. Not sure if renovations had something to do with this issue. No vending machines, no bottled water in property for purchase. There was a small concession area with soda, juice, energy drink, cold coffee type drinks, just no bottled water. Staff was not very helpful when asking about water for purchase. Breakfast was good, breakfast host was overly friendly. She spoke to every guest and called them out of they ignored her. She also sang at the top of her lungs while I. The kitchen prep area with the door open for all to hear. If you are not a morning person, this is very irritating.

This place was awful. On the 3rd floor they were in the middle of renovations, so there was construction debris and a smell of chemicals in the hallway. Our room smelled terrible like a gym bag that was left in a hot room. The A/C must not have been working properly because it was muggy in our room. The bathroom door did not open more than halfway. We asked to be moved to another room, but we're told they were booked full. The next morning I told the attendant that we need to cancel our second night because we were not staying there again. They offered no help and simply told me to contact Hotels.com about a refund. Hotels.com has contacted them several times, and they refuse to answer for any kind of refund. There are plenty of other choices for hotels.
