  Nasty on top of filthy!!! On March 14, 2027, I checked in around the 4 o’clock hour, Room 213, which was PLENTY of time for my room to be cleaned. The tub was nasty as if it haven’t been cleaned in 3 months. The bed was filthy. I wasn’t the only guest that had the same complaints. Nothing was done about it and I had to go to Walmart to get my own supplies and clean my own room. Someone should have told me that hotels do this now. David Coram, regional director of operations, is constantly lying about having meetings with his staff and that none of my claims are accurate. But I understand that you will say anything to protect your establishment, but I also know that the truth hurts. David, put a bandaid on your wound and clean up place. You are not under direct of iHG but using their brand name and giving iHG a bad reputation.

  The first room was nice but the TV remote would not work. After going back downstairs 3 times for other remotes they finally decided that they were going to come up and check it out. Turned out tv had a problem. The older guy that was on duty said he could change us to another room and I said yeah that would be good. He acted as if he really did not have time to do that but we gathered our stuff and went back down a 4th time. Then sat at a tabled waited 20 mins for him to finish up another issue he was having with a customer. He changed our room but it was not really all that nice of a room. Very inconvenient to say the least.

  I stayed the night the week of March 15th! My experience was insane! The room was filthy! The bathtub had a black ring around it, toilet was filthy, bed comforter was stanking, room very smelly! Sheets for pull our sleeper sofa was balled up and dirty in a plastic cover! Had to go out a buy cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize the room! I definately will not be back to this location!

  My family had a great experience with Mrs Wendy rush getting my family together for our family reunion. I will most definitely recommend using holiday inn for a comfortable stay.

  Very nice hotel and Rita was very helpful at the front desk. The Manager Mia Embry takes awesome care of the guests and the staff. Thank you Mia. Also Tara was wonderful I needed a fingernail file and she got one out of her purse and gave it to me, that was above and beyond.
