Words cannot express how grateful I am for Ms. Wendy and her staff! They were the best of the best during, and long before our stay. I'll not elaborate, but despite the obstacles and shortcomings on our behalf, Ms. Wendy went above and beyond to accommodate our small group. It was evident that she truly cares about her customers and her staff. We stayed 2 nights, November 14-15, 2025 and everything was great. All staff members were very cordial and helpful. If I'm ever back in the area and need accommodations, I know exactly, without hesitation, where I'll be booking!

No signs about parking trucks. If you are of the working class, don't stay here. Parking lot pretty empty, my truck and another co workers trucks parked for 2 hours before the idiot at the front desk called and threatened to tow. I could have seen this if there was a parking crisis, BUT THE WHOLE BACK AND SIDE LOT WERE EMPTY! No signs posted, nothing, and it doesn't make sense to park at Cracker Barrel or Walmart WHEN THERE ARE PLENTY OF OPEN SPACES! Rooms are okay, but if you want to chill out after a 14 hour work day and watch a little TV it ain't happening here, the direct tv service is as bad as the hotel staff. Update: came out the next morning and NO ONE PARKED WHERE I WAS, and someone in a truck/trailer taking up more spaces than I was is parked on the lot so definitely NO NEED TO BOTHER ME ON MY OFF TIME IF THE "POLICY" that's NOT POSTED ISN'T ENFORCED EQUALLY! ***Response from hotel is B.S. on the way out finally saw a sign on a pole that can't be seen after dark, but doesn't have a "policy" plus there was a truck parked next to it. Stop lying, the lot was not full and the staff was not respectfull when demanding we move, my co-worker was as equally disrespected, we have stayed at hundreds of IHG properties where parking is a real issue, had the hotel been full we would have asked where to park and if there was an issue it shouldn't have taken 2 hours for the demanding threat of a tow, which good luck towing this. Had I wanted to be unprofessional I would have dropped my outriggers, lifted the truck off the ground and good luck towing that. A professional would respond to this complaint buy maybe updating their signage, not blaming the customer for their staff not paying attention and waiting 2 hours to threaten them. Apparently the reviews on this property about management are 100% accurate and only 1 star at best!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it will be my last. It took over 20 minutes for the front desk staff to acknowledge I was there and help get me checked in. Two staff members were too busy gossiping in a back room behind the front counter to hear me trying to get their attention. It took another hotel staff member seeing me standing there long enough to finally go back there and get their attention. The front desk attendant was unapologetic about the delay. Once I finally made it up to my room, things got even worse. First, the smoke detector was wide open with no battery in it. Pretty basic safety stuff, right? I had to call down to get a battery put in. The air conditioning unit was LOUD. This is supposedly a newly renovated room, but you would not have guessed it. I have never had an A/C unit this loud in a hotel room before. The carpet and tile felt sticky. I finally took a wipe to my feet and they were black. It was absolutely disgusting. I wore socks or flip flops the rest of the time. I then noticed ants coming in from the hallway and hanging out in the tile area by the front door. I can’t even begin to tell you how many I killed. There wasn’t a line of them coming in, but every few minutes a few of them would trickle in from the hallway. It makes me think that whatever was sticky on the floors was attracting them in. Talk about gross. Additionally, this hotel must be using a chemical water softener, because I have never felt more gross after a shower in my life. My skin and hair had a film on it that I couldn’t get off until after I got home and showered. It just felt grimey and almost like I couldn’t get everything washed off. I just didn’t feel clean. I didn’t sleep well at all and just felt dirty being in this room. I will not be going back to this “renovated” hotel.

Literally woke up with ants all over me, all over the room and the front desk mentioned they’d had a problem, but didn’t see them at all upon checking 3 times. I stayed in 305. There’s absolutely no way with the amount of ants that they didn’t see any. I have killed 27 since leaving after not having one in my car in the 10 hour drive there. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and this is something that needs to be seriously addressed. Bed was comfortable, reason for 2 stars. Very upset with the dismissal of my credibility given the sheer volume of the problem.
