- LVleo vazzaNov 14, 20255.0My stay at this hotel was okay overall. The location is convenient, and the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep. The check-in process was OK and went smoothly without any major issues. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected, and unfortunately, I even found a love bug inside the AC unit. Some of the amenities felt a bit outdated, and noise from the hallway made it harder to relax. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price, but with more attention to cleanliness and a few updates, the experience could be much better.

Just said they couldnt do anything. Bed frame groans loudly when moving, and i cant control the A/C. Terrible experience, should have slept in truck.

Very clean lobby but only 1 elevator. Wide hallways free of clutter and dank smells. The room was neat , clean and sufficiently furnished with 2 beds , fridge and microwave. The bathroom was stocked with the usual Dove products. The sink appeared to be recently updated as I noticed some caulking issues but overall a safe clean place to rest my head. Breakfast was missing the signature cinnamon rolls on Sunday.

I did mention to front desk. I never post anything,but we paid $$ for the room, finding out several sporting events going on. So thinking they increased room rates. Nice,clean, but $$ NO cinnamon rolls
- RCRachel CockerellOct 13, 20255.0This is the fifth time we have experienced this awesome hotel! My boyfriend and I usually stay on the way down to Florida. We decided to stay on the way back this trip. When we pulled in we noticed it was busier than normal. Normally, we book online. When we walked in we were greeted with the warmest smile. The general manager Tia! When we told her we did not have reservations she said, “let me see what I can do.” Within ten minutes we had a room. Later that night enjoying our favorite outdoor spot. I noticed she was outside moving fast. She was directing a private charter bus to there parking spot. Not to mention she had several construction workers and their vehicles to deal with. This night she had a packed house. She never got overwhelmed or lost that warming smile. She deserves a huge shout out!!! The best GM out there! I do not know her personally. Just glad a had the opportunity to cross path for a short period. On top of that clean rooms and the breakfast was great! Thank you for a great experience!
