- MWMichelle WhiteDec 28, 20251.0I have had one of the worst experiences coming to a hotel. The lady at the front desk is very rude. The second shift person. My stove is broken. She didn’t do anything to help me and got an attitude because I came downstairs to tell her I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a room where the stove would not cut off. There is no manager at night to fix any type of issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this hotel. The last time I was here was two weeks ago and it was bugs and hair all over the room. I would recommend if you were staying in Oxford, Alabama to go to another hotel, they do not appreciate your business or your money. Sincerely Eunice White

Then, the condition of the hotel... brand spanking NEW! The rooms, bed, the gym in perfect condition. Then, the location really is within walking distance to everything... I know because we walked there. This is definitely the place to stay when you come to Aniston and/or Oxford.
