  Update: still zero responsibility from management Thank you for your response and for acknowledging that the condition of the room was unacceptable and not reflective of your standards. However, the explanation regarding a smoking room does not address the primary issues. A smoking designation does not justify or explain the burn holes in the bedding, curtains, and flooring, the visible hole in the ceiling, or the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the strong marijuana odor present in the room created an uncomfortable and concerning environment. Regardless of room type, guests should not be placed in conditions that are unsafe or materially different from what is advertised. Your acknowledgment confirms that the accommodations provided were not as represented. Despite this, no effort was made to resolve the situation during my stay. I am again requesting a full refund of $804.00 and hope this can be resolved promptly. I am requesting a full refund of $804.00. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the property as advertised online. Specifically: * Multiple burn holes in the comforter, curtains, and flooring * A visible hole in the ceiling * Strong odor of smoke and marijuana throughout the room * Overall condition inconsistent with Booking.com listing photos and Best Western website I brought these concerns directly to General Manager Anil Patel during my stay and was told no action could be taken. As a result, the issue was not resolved. This experience constitutes a failure to provide accommodations as advertised and paid for. I am therefore requesting a full refund of $804.00.

  We stayed here during a cross country roadtrip and it was PERFECT. Usually not one to leave reviews but the service here was so remarkable. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the lighting in the mirror is an excellent touch and the beds are incredible. They offer breakfast in a very cute room by the check in/out counter and it’s also right next to a Waffle House which was perfect. Location is great too, only 10 minutes from Tuscaloosa! I highly recommend this specific hotel to everybody!

  I had an excellent stay ! The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and everything felt well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient with easy parking, and I felt safe throughout my stay.
