He was professional, calm, and genuinely went out of his way to help us when we needed it most. You can tell he actually cares about guests and takes pride in doing things the right way. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long workday, but the customer service really stood out. Employees like Praveen are the reason people come back. Huge thanks to him for making our stay smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend this location.
