We weren't even allowed to park until check in so went off and did something else for a while. Checking in later we had to ask for the welcome amenity, no room upgrade. The car parking is also terrible, either you get lucky and can park inside the hotel or you're outside in a gated compound where there's mattresses and homeless people wandering around. The breakfast was pretty good though and the room was nice but alot of street noise especially on the 2nd floor. Overall if the staff were a bit more welcoming then the stay would've been better.
