  I traveled from Miami to Alabama to celebrate my son’s 30th birthday, and our stay was wonderful. The room was spotless, but the real highlight was the staff—every single person we met was incredibly polite and professional. Having a great free breakfast included made the experience even better. Truly 5-star service! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

  Team traveled down here for a game and the staff was amazing! Had a small setback on our final day and they were so nice and accommodating!

  !! LOCATION IS STEALING MONEY !! On 02/14 I went in to pay at this location for my online booking a caucasion lady short white/grey hair stated that they don’t really accept in-town residents they really deal with out of town people coming in town , I then let her know that’s the first I’ve ever had to deal with that from any hotel and asked if I had to go about booking elsewhere she then stated she would have to get further clarification from her manager .. I haven’t received a call nor did anyone answer my call when i attempted to call for confirmation in regards to the stay i genuinely was interested in buying the room and intended on the services but I took my services elsewhere , on 02/16 i received a charge to my account that’s never been over drafted before for 160.15 which brought my account to a negative I’ve called the hotel and they stated since I’ve booked with booking.com i had to contact them so I did and as I’m going about initiating a refund booking.com sent and email to this location and called the location while i was on the phone , Holiday Inn location did not answer for the booking.com company booking.com company stated i would have to get the proper confirmation from the location but this location has yet been able to help me .. on 02\17 my mom contacted the manager and the manager stated the reason why my payment was not accepted when i walked into the hotel was due to an issue with my ID and i was trying to pay too early .. mind you that’s not what was stated the proper way to go about telling a willing to pay client is suggesting them to come at a proper time and informing them about their ID but of course I know that is a lie because I’m able to book anywhere in state and out of state I’m unaware if this is a racial profile case but my money is definitely stolen I want able to pay due to my stay being denied by being an “in-town resident” which I’ve never heard in my entire lifetime will attempt to have a face to face with the manger on 02/18 if not an attorney and the guest relations will be involved due to profiling along with refusing services to a willing to pay client

  Great location. My wife ripped her sweater and they supplied her with a two little sewing kits to repair it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and very quiet. Also coffee, tea and hot cocoa available all day. Very friendly staff. We will be back again.

  The rooms are well worn and dirty. The bathroom had dirty toilet paper and brown spots all over the walls.....not rust. The shower was claustrophobic and worn. The sink barely drained. The t.v. remote doesn't work. There was no coffee pot in the room. I reserved a 2 queen bed room but was given a king. The sink in the eating area drips. They were out of coffee in the entry/breakfast area. This place needs alot of work! Not up to Holiday Inn standards in my opinion.
