We were just a few rooms down on the first floor near the kitchen where breakfast was being prepared. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were Wonderful! No coffee maker or microwave in the room which was unusual but a nice size refrigerator was in the room. The room was very clean, well insulated from noises from other rooms and outside sounds. The breakfast was good especially the sausage gravy and fluffy biscuits. The coffee machines grind beans for each cup. No bitterness- very smooth and great coffee. It would be nice to have a variety of herbal or no caffeine teas. The staff did check for me. I would recommend this hotel. Good TV with nice selection of channels including some premium ones.
