This is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Cleanliness and basic maintenance were clearly lacking. I would not stay here again.

It was conveniently located near the highway but in a retail area near a great deal of food choices. We had an initial issue with the TV not getting signal but the front clerk Raye was on it and got it fixed in no time. Props to her for great customer service.

- PPPrincessSep 27, 20253.0The location is not very pedestrian friendly. Staff was really nice, they were able to get me checked in early so I’m forever grateful for that. They get 5 stars from me and ensure my safety in my room. There’s no breakfast, but an expensive grab and go (my water and soda ranged from $3-3.75) My biggest concern was the room itself. The door to my room appeared tampered with, I don’t believe this room is ready for occupancy until it’s fixed. The floor was sticky. There was spots on the surfaces when I checked in. I am a spray and wipe it down person when I travel so it wasn’t a really big deal. I don’t really do too much pull the sheets back because there is so many layers, so I sanitize where I’m going to place my body but strip my bed before I leave and gather towels and trash to assist housekeeping. I rolled back my lower sheets and was disgusted by the mattress topper don’t worry… it’s the mattress as well. Management may say it was me, however keep in mind, none of the other layers of the sheets were stained.
