Every time I call, a lady answers and say candlewood suites please hold and does not give you time to even respond then I was put on hold then the phone disconnected x 4-5 times. Someone from candlewood suites called and left me a message that my hotel would be cancelled if I didn’t contact them by 4. Well, I can’t reach anyone. I’m very upset because even if I’m late, I’ve never made reservations and a hotel call me to tell me they’ll cancel. This is a rip off to cancel and boom another party for that reservation. I will be reporting this because you’re ripping people off to make double the money. Not good business.

This is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Cleanliness and basic maintenance were clearly lacking. I would not stay here again.
- MMMNov 3, 20255.0Overnight stay was pleasant. Rooms were good and spacious and it had a full kitchen with refrigerator (great for longer stays). It was conveniently located near the highway but in a retail area near a great deal of food choices. We had an initial issue with the TV not getting signal but the front clerk Raye was on it and got it fixed in no time. Props to her for great customer service.
