From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize cleanliness or guest satisfaction. The room itself was shockingly dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been properly vacuumed in days, with visible HAIR everywhere. The bathroom was even worse, hair in the shower was gross. LOOK AT THE PICS THE COMFORTER HAD POOP OR PEE STAINS What made matters worse was the complete lack of support from the front desk. I reported the issues shortly after settling in, JUST because the front desk reached out to me on a text, I responded TWICE and they left me in read Another major issue is their housekeeping policy. If you stay for six nights, do not expect your room to be cleaned at all PERIOD Between the dirty room, the lack of responsiveness from the front desk, and the absence of regular housekeeping, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

We were met at the front desk with the following message: because you are only staying 6 nights and not SEVEN, your room will not be cleaned during your entire stay. When I got to the room, it was dirty. Like omg the bathroom had hair everywhere, the LINEN had stains that they looked like poop. I will never go back to this hotel, even if it was 20$ a night.
