  They have no Slip and fall resistant mats for the Tubs and their Service Attendants Daniel and Gerald Jr. never cared to file incident reports about the situation. They gave me poor Customer service as to the complaint or apologies for the incident

  I had a very disappointing stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was extremely old and in poor condition. It was also very small and uncomfortable. The pillows were not comfortable at all, making it hard to get proper rest. On top of that, there was a bad smell throughout the room and even in the hallways. The odor was very noticeable, especially at night, and made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness and quality did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

  This hotel is old and poorly maintained. It does not have a fire sprinkler system. It's a poor example of a Holiday Inn product. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Holiday Inn please do better.

  We stay in hotels all the time, and we love Holiday Inn the most but this was a disaster. We booked this hotel because of its affordability and pictures, as well as the amenities, but I’m going to save all of you some time and money if you want to save yourself from a dirty restless sleep. We get to our room after a long day of working and traveling, and our room smells musty, wet dog, and there is a clear need for a humidifier. The carpet was foul and clearly needed to be deep cleaned, and there were pills bottle caps, trash, and hair on the bed. Literal hair, and not the kind of hair that comes from your head. There were blood stains on the blanket, fluid stains on the sheets and dirt marks near the pillows. We get moved to the second room, and this one is just as bad. Again, smelling like humid dog, and the bath tub has rust and grime all over it, the sheets had what looked like skid marks, and the room just felt unclean. The carpet had visible trash and crumbs on it, and we went back down to get a new room. The third and final room still had its flaws. There were boogers on the wall, this one even more humid, dust on the wall and in the corners, the carpet felt unclean, MORE hair on the beds, and there was a pubic hair in the bath tub. I would have rather washed my hair with a hose outside than in this bathroom, but we were too tired to ask for a different room, so we slept on top of the blankets with our own. The manager just swiped the hair off the bed with his dirty hand and left. Lazy and unacceptable. Save.Your.Money. This place isn’t worth not one dime, you’d be better off sleeping in your car.

  It's a good place to stay. It's right by the interstate & all the employees I talked with were nice & very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.
