- JFJay FrancisMar 27, 20265.0Room 221. Heating function did not work. Even with setting of 80 F, cool air blew out. Constructive criticism time. Running your air conditioners at 68° in unoccupied rooms is just nuts. Talk about affecting your bottom line with an unnecessary expense. If you need to run the air conditioners to protect against mildew and other issues, do a setting of about 76°F. This will increase your monthly profit margin by saving on utility costs. It is just crazy to run unoccupied room temperatures at 68. One day, someone is going to slip in the bath tub and it will be an expensive proposition. Highly recommend you provide bath mats as an option to protect yourselves against litigation.
