  Good. 4.5 for me. Like the fitness center, pool table, coffee was real good, service was Goood. Thank you Andre for helping us with the pool table so we could get going ;-) Good, reliable place to stay. Thank you for the good service in the evening, Amanda (I think). Like the vibrant colors ... Good location.

  Clean but sparse room...no Microwave. I thought the bathroom was clean and the shower amazing. I especially liked the soap, conditioner & shampoo dispensers. Might get them for my own bathroom. Now the only complaint was the bed frame (when covered) stuck out that when walking to the (facing) left side, I hit my calf and caused some swelling. I'm ok because I'm a tough old soldier. Update: the Maid Staff cleaned my room today and of course refreshed my bed. The offending bed corner was now left open and visible. .

  I just checked in here and if the rest of my stay is as pleasant as my check in, I will be very satisfied! The young lady at the desk is extraordinary! She is extremely polite, detailed and all around helpful. I am going to attempt to type her name here, ( please forgive me if I get it wrong. She told me about an hour ago and I have forgotten it already) It.was something like Deandriea. I hope that is correct but it is Saturday morning and I arrived around 11:00 cst. Wherever Tru got her from, they should dip into that pool often because that type of customer service is extremely rare these days! Thanks for a great check in experience and I am sure the rest of my stay will be equally as pleasant. Oh yeah, I am a die hard Hilton Diamond Member! Hilton properties are always my go to because of the service and cleanliness of the properties and this one does not disappoint. My room is spotless! If I had to pick out a con, it would be that the pillow cases are not as white as I would like them but they look and smell clean so that is just if I had to pick out one thing in a sea of positives!

  I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which is something I really value when traveling. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for resting after a long drive. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby services. Overall, it’s a safe, clean, and reliable hotel, especially for families or travelers on the road. I would definitely stay here again.
