Check-in was easy and friendly.
Room was clean and comfortable - no carpet which was a plus traveling with a furry friend. Our stay included a $75 pet fee. I was able to walk my dog by doing laps around the hotel with plenty of grassy area surrounding the hotel.
The area surrounding the A/C needed a little bit of work with drywall having been previously ripped and in need of repair. The unit itself is also due for an upgrade. Nonetheless, everything else about the room was okay.
Breakfast was great, had all the options you'd expect. Coffee and Tea available 24/7 in the lobby during our stay (New Years 2026).

I would like to greatly thank DJ for assisting us with items we had accidentally left behind. He quickly called us when realized the issue and made the arrangements to send the items to our home address.
It is comforting to know that there are people that do the right thing and go out of their way to assist customers.

Great location. Decent room. Smelled good but could be a bit cleaner. Walls, shower, doors and floors could use some extra cleaning. Found someone's fake eyelashes next to the bed and some black grime in the shower. But I took it upon myself to just clean it. Coffee was great and served all day. Gym was decent. No pool or hot tub tho.

Horrible experience. After a long, stressful drive, we were met with a dismissive attitude at check-in and told to “go find” our own luggage cart. The room smelled awful, the pillows stank, and at 2:30 a.m. the neighboring room was blasting explicit content so loudly I had to bang on the wall. I left more exhausted than when I arrived. Not recommended.

My husband and I been staying in this hotel every time he had to work in Alabama. My experience at this hotel was pleasant until I reported that something was bitten me in room 205. I told them that the room was half cleaned. Then I started getting harassed by some of their housekeepers and management. I had a do not disturb sign on the door when one of their male housekeeper opened the door. I was accused of being rude and calling them names. I never inactive with them ever since I asked one housekeeper for towels. I tried to rectify the problem with their general manager but was accused by her also so I left their hotel.
