- GBGuy BoweringMay 16, 20254.0I’ve stayed here once before, and I find this hotel overall to be quite good, especially considering the overall value. SJ the manager is absolutely delightful, and Gary who works in housekeeping was so attentive the morning I checked out and made sure I had everything I needed. The only issues I had could happen at any property from a 1-star to 5-star luxury. If I had it to do over again, I would’ve wanted to stay on an upper floor, away from an entrance. And there was also a minor issue with water in the sink and bathroom area, whether it was a leak or something else. I put down a couple of towels and let them know, and they were incredibly nice and attentive. I’d definitely stay again and truly wish SJ and Mr. Gary the very best.

The front desk staff was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It really made my stay feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

- FRFernanda RiascosAug 6, 20241.0We stayed at this hotel on August 5, the people were super friendly, but on the 6th, our wrong job and I wanted to book again and the girl who was there on August 6, 10 pm, seemed a little racist to me. I made my reservation through Expedia, everything was fine. Ready, Expedia customer service called her and she still didn't let us stay. I think she doesn't like Latinos. I didn't like this hotel. I left very sad because of the treatment. We just wanted to rest. We were very tired and she never called her manager. She was hiding. of us
