The service at this location has steadily improved over time. I’ve stayed here several times and always appreciate the warm, welcoming reception. I also find the property to be consistently clean and well maintained. The fitness center is quite large, which is a nice perk.

It was okay. Bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the highway made it hard to sleep.

This our regular spot evrytime we visit...3 or 4 times a year. Clean hotel. Nice rooms. We are alsway assigned a room on the backside of the building. So this time, i requested a room overlooking the pool...which happens to be the side facing the higheay. It turns out rooms facing the highway are very loud with highway noise. When I requested a room change due to noise volume, the manager Rachel wouldn't even show me respect or courtesy by speaking with me directly. I actually felt sorry for the young lady at the front desk. Rachel didnt want to change my room because it was after 1pm and her housekeepers were not going to be able to clean the room for resale. This was on a wednesday, and the hotel was not full. The excuse seemed arbitrary and self serving, especially because they are aware of the problem with road noise. (I wish they had warned me!) I called Hilton Customer Service, and they got my problem fixed immediately (room change). I plan to continue my relationship with this hotel, but I will never allow them to assign me to a room facing the highway. I hope they provide retraining for Rachel.

Great hotel. Has a really nice breakfast and the mini kitchen setup in the room is really useful. I almost went out and got groceries to save money but obviously went out to eat instead. Some good places to eat nearby, some bad places, check reviews. Would like to see more sidewalks in the area, you have to walk on the grass or road to get anywhere.

I checked in for a work trip on 10/12. My company’s cc info was in file at the time of check in and I had stayed at this hotel before. The girl at the front desk told me she needed my card for a 50 dollars incidental hold. She authorized my entire room on my card for 1400 and lied by telling me that she didn’t know how that happened and tried telling me 1409 had magically jumped on my personal account. Also I didn’t have any credit cards or extra funds to use for personal use while on this company trip and the incidental is covered by the company so , I never had to do this before . I advised them that my account may overdraw and they were mute and did not offer any consolation or solutions. I spoke to some low level manager the next morning and she was just the same( no solutions ). I feel the front desk girl was so fixated on me until she couldn’t figure out how to do her job and just stupidly authorized my card for an amount she should not have . Hilton has to make this right. You cannot hold 1400 out of someone personal account and just say a forced sorry and go on about your day . This was a horrible experience and the low budget staff I spoke with acted more concerned with the fact that I noticed her mistake on my when I checked my online banking than actually caring about the huge inconvenience and lack of funds they caused me because of her bird brain actions. If the shoe was on the other foot and any of the staff had this much money out of their account they would want more accountability and actions to make sure they were not doing without anything they needed the money for that week. I am escalating the issue.
