The rooms are spacious but decor is dated. We arrived early and the front desk let us put our bags in a storage room until our rooms were ready. The location is ideal for the airport, only 10-15 min away, but limited restaurants in walking distance. We left prior to the breakfast bring ready so I can't comment on that, but the staff that prepared breakfast was super nice and friendly when we were waiting for our ride to the airport. There needs to be an extra blanket in the room, and just a little update and fixing of what looks like water damage in common areas, otherwise it's a nice hotel.

First, I want to say that the staff was great - from front desk to breakfast attendant to the housekeepers. We also enjoyed the spacious layout of the one bedroom suite along with the full size fridge, microwave, and stove top. The breakfast was great. However, the condition of this hotel is bad. It needs updates in every area. The smell of smoke was almost overpowering, and the condition of the bathroom was awful. There was a huge stain/rust/hole in our bathtub. Besides the obvious lack of upkeep, the place was fairly clean. I didn’t see any bugs. All in all, this was not the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, but I will not stay here again. I wish to hold the Marriott corporate offices accountable. This hotel chain has too much money to allow this level of decay to an otherwise nice hotel. I do not blame any of the staff - in fact, they’re the only reason I gave this review another star. I knew that these structural issues were not their fault or responsibility. Marriott, you can do better.

This place is not clean at all. Truly next thing to a dive. Very disappointing for a Hilton name. Staff was not welcoming. Bathroom has trash and hair. Consider elsewhere!

I will start by saying, up until last night my stay had been nice and uneventful, until…… I went down to the food pantry to get a late snack. I told her to just put it on my room(as I have done 100’s of times) at other Hilton properties. I gave her my room and verified my last name and usually they say have a great evening. Not this lady! She proceeds to tell me she needs a card, I said “is my card not in file?” She said it is, but that’s for your room, I need a card for incidentals. I said I’ve never had an issue and that I stayed over 90 nights last year and never once was asked. I said I am a Diamond member and I get a snack and a water a day per the perks, she said “ but you’re not a lifetime Diamond member! I said what does that have to do with it. By this point I was aggravated and just said forget it. So I ended up going to a store at 11pm to get the snacks I should have got in the lobby. I travel for work, I stay i stay at Hilton properties without exception. I like the reward program, the ease of the app to book and check in/out, 10-12 nights a month I am in a Hilton, I have never had an issue. I went to leave and I asked her name and she told me but I didn’t hear her so I said “why was it?” Her reply was they’ll know who I am. I verified with another front desk person this morning that my card is on file for incidentals and he wasn’t sure why she said that and was very nice and apologized. I am contemplating just checking out a day early walking across the street to the Hampton Inn. I never complain and this is my first ever review of my stays but for some reason this just hit my nerve. I will be coming back to Mobile in a few months but will not be staying at this location.
