When staying at a Hilton property one has a great quality expectations, we'll leave those home if staying at this place.
I'll start with the positive, Staff is quite friendly and always there if you have any questions or request.
Now with the negative.
The hotel is in need of major renovations, rooms are outdated and falling apart. Bed is not comfortable and noise level is quite high.
Breakfast options are minimal, but okay for a breakfast hotel, what you'd expect from a holiday inn.
Location is near restaurants and major streets , as well as the hospital. If you don't know your way around the are can be somewhat difficult to deal with the traffic trying to enter the main road.
The one thing that put the nail.in the coffin for me was the terrible wifi in the room. I paid for their fast Internet, expecting to be able to stream some shows or movies, I wasn't even able to surf the web consistently. When Internet works is fast, but the connection drops out of nowhere, tried with several devices and always the same problem.
We are on our way home from a stay here and I do not think we will be staying here again. The WiFi was nonexistent (which I imagine would be a major problem for someone on an extended stay here—which is what this hotel is intended for), the rooms weren’t fully cleaned (stains on couch cushions, mildew in the shower, debris in corners of the rooms, etc.), and our room had a smell (plus a strong marijuana smell in the hallway). I booked this hotel for my husband and I because my family has always stayed at hiltons, but I’ve now been told I’m not allowed to book our hotels. If that tells you anything. If we had paid any more than the current price to stay here, we would’ve been very upset. The AC, shower water pressure, and location were all great, but that is where the pros end.

SKIP THIS HOTEL. Wow, does this place suck. Moldy, mildewed, the smell alone is bad enough. Also notice the management ignores the bad reviews.
EDIT: Called the front desk because my room was missing an ironing board. The very disinterested person on the other end of the line said “Maintenance will bring you one in 5 minutes”. A half hour later when I went to the desk to ask where it is, the person told me he just got there and it must have been someone else I spoke to. When I asked to speak to the manager I got “He’s busy”.
Seriously, screw this place.
EDIT 2: After four days without any cleaning service I now have to go ask about that.
Seriously, screw this place.
I can only speak for the one room I've been in, BUT..it is spacious, clean, and nice amenities...I'll try to remember to come back & list some after I've experienced them! The dining area is one of the nicer ones I've seen 👌 If you need extended stay, especially, in the Mobile area Definitely come check them out! My pics are 'already lived in'😊my 'coming back' amenities..too cold for the pool, but its pretty out there! Nice little exercise room, lol, NOPE, I have not used it🤪, couple washers & dryers, so convenient if needed...

I am honestly shocked that this property carries the Hilton name. My stay was extremely disappointing and the condition of the room was nowhere near Hilton standards.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The flooring was dirty, the furniture was old, peeling, and badly worn, and several pieces looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The ottoman and chair were damaged and visibly stained, and the entire room felt neglected.
The windows were one of the biggest issues—there were no proper curtains, only cheap, broken blinds that were falling apart and covered in dust. The window frame itself looked unfinished and exposed. This not only removed any privacy but also let in light all night long. Combined with a smell of mildew and urine, there was no way to feel comfortable or relaxed in the space.
On top of that, the hallways smelled strongly of weed, there were bugs in the room, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a run-down motel than a Hilton-branded property. The damaged vent areas and broken fixtures added to the feeling that the room was simply not safe or sanitary. If the rooms look like this, I didn’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like, so I skipped breakfast entirely.
The only positive part of my stay was the front desk staff. They were extremely kind, patient, and understanding. My heart truly goes out to them—they are doing their best, but it’s clear they are working in a property that desperately needs major renovations, deep cleaning, and stronger management.
This hotel is not representative of the Hilton experience in any way. Hilton should seriously consider removing their name from this property until it is updated and brought back to acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.
