  Checked in as a last minute stay. Hotel entry smelled terrible, stains everywhere. They had to switch rooms cause the smell was so bad and the manager said she couldn’t cancel my reservation to include charging $150 for damages as a Diamond member. This place is a disgrace to the Hilton brand and is complete trash. I will be filing a formal complaint with Hilton as this Homewood is owned and operated by Mobile Partners LLC. Stay far away.

  I was pretty nervous about booking this hotel after reading the reviews, but our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious for our family with kids and though it needs some updating it was clean and suited our needs. Front staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. The area around the hotel was relatively quiet and Shiso restaurant next door was a quick walk from the hotel for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and happy with the price.

  Guys listen, we have done a lot of hotel room shopping this summer. My sweet guy was trying to save a little and book through a 3rd party site and when I looked at the reviews of places that want far less, there is a reason. I assure you, tackling bed bugs will cost far more than what he/you can save by booking cheap. On that note, This hotel is one of the good ones. They dont break the bank. It was clean and friendly. The building has some aging, but it doesn't affect the stay at all. Breakfast was delicious with hot and cold items. The area is private. We parked with our trailer and had no issues at all. I recommend this hotel!

  I don't know where to begin. This hotel is in dire need of professional cleaning and needs major renovations. When you first walk in it appears to be fairly nice until you look up at the ceiling to see the wallpaper falling, water stains on ceilings, and filthy vents with mold around them. The elevators carpets are disgusting with dark black stains and smells like mold and spoil milk. The floor that I stayed on there was a big hole in the molding above one of the room doors in the hallway with the wood exposed. Upon entering the room that I stayed in the smell of mold/mildew hits you in the face. I had to go to the front desk for air freshener. The curtains had black stains and what appeared to be food stains on them. The vents in the room were filthy as well. The furniture was dirty, the ottoman color material was missing from the ottoman, refrigerator was dust and had mold/mildew build up in it. The light fixtures looked old with rust spots on them The beds were comfortable that's about it. My family & I was very disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this from any Hilton brand hotel. Ingrid and Nehemiah were very professional and tried to accommodate us as much as possible and they kept apologizing for such bad experience at this location that was not due to their own fault. I can't believe this hotel charge the rates they do for such poor quality.

  Front desk person was friendly and informative. Able to get an early check in. We thought the rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good.
