Our vibrant suites have conveniences like free WiFi, a 50-inch HDTV, sofa bed, and a ‘working wall’ with storage areas and a rolling desk. The in-suite kitchen has all you need away from home including a microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemaker, bakeware, dishes and utensils. Choose a one-bedroom suite for more space, a dining table and second HDTV.

The pull out desk leg is broken and coffee stains are all over desk. NO CHANCE IT WAS CLEANED. This is a disgrace and I cannot believe this is a Hilton. I have taken pictures and will contact corporate directly. You cannot help but feel dirty - UNACCEPTABLE
- PVPublic Affairs Officer Wilkes Veterans2 days ago1.0NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! My husband is a 100% disabled combat veteran with a service dog. Not only does she have a service vest, she has military service patches on her vest. We checked out on 2 March approximately 0900. The lady at the front desk demanded to know why she was a service dog (by law you can’t ask those questions) & continued to give him grief about how SHE didn’t think Sadie was “really” a service animal, & “that sounds like more of an ESA animal to me.” To add insult to injury, she looked my husband, permanently disabled for his injuries to protect this nation, in the eyes & said “I’ll let it slide, this time…” Mam, the next time you have to pull dead American sailors bodies out of the sea after a terrorist attack, or cut down a wounded friend that the enemy set on fire, & you were under siege, we’ll talk about “why” he needs a service animal for his PTSD. Until then, just say thank you for your service, & have a good day.

They knew that when we checked in and didn’t tell anyone. Told the front desk and they just smiled and said oops. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Couldn’t even offer an apology…
- SSstuartFeb 15, 20262.0Disappointing stay. Pay a premium for a hotel in a crappy area because that was all that was there and have not got water. They did refund part of my charge but honestly would have rather had hot water. The worst part was when I mentioned to lady at front desk, I got the standard “I just work here” Rooms were noisy and walls are paper thin I could hear all the nonsense around me. Do yourself a favor and find elsewhere
