  I usually enjoy my stays at any Hilton establishments, but this stay was a little disappointing. The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine. When asked for more washcloths… there was no more. They had put some in the wash and would not be finished for a while. I am not sure if this happens often, but it is inconvenient for guests.

  Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean overall, and it had a mini kitchen, which was convenient. There were plenty of towels and all the basic bathroom amenities were provided. However, the bed sheet had holes in it, and the desk chair was also worn out, which was disappointing. Breakfast was standard, similar to most hotels, and served with disposable tableware.

  Rooms were ok. Not as large as photos would suggest. Bathroom was cramped. Shower head broken. The shower faucet was not installed properly. You can see where the cut the wall (messy) to install it. Door stop in bathroom missing rubber end. Kitchenette area was nice. Staff were nice. Limited luggage carts, and the other guests kept them in their rooms instead of acting like civilized people and sharing. Elevators sounded sketchy. Probably not going back if I can help it. Good service, but not the greatest place.

  I stayed here for a teaching conference in February 2026. The staff was friendly, the breakfast (eggs and french toast) were delicious! And the room was clean and spacious! Additional details: I was on the first floor. There was a bathroom, a little kitchenette with medium-sized refrigerator, a sink, and then the room had a couch and television area and two queen size beds. It didn't feel too cramped. The water pressure in the shower was good as well. I would definitely stay here again if I came back!

  Hopefully this was just this stay here and not any future stays I have booked here for the year. Worst sleep here. The first room had a wetness to it and the AC was broken. The engineer "fixed it" and still was hot and sticky in the room the following night. Asked to move rooms, moved me to an ADA room. 3am the ac unit begins making a beeping count down and then washing machine swishing sound over and over. That went on and on. Then at 5 am the toliet makes a loud plunking sound and something in the wall starts knocking from the bathroom. I can't be moved rooms again because its sold out. What a disaster this stay has been. I will be back in 2 weeks because its pre booked for work. Change my mind for that stay or my company may have to look into a new hotel for us to stay.
