- SBShawty Black4 days ago4.0Mardi Gras Weekend 2026 PROS: Staff was so kind, friendly and accommodating. Room was clean upon check-in. A light bulb was blown but was quickly changed. Needed to extend a night and front desk was accommodating in matching a lower rate. Received late check out and didn’t feel rushed! Lobby and hallways were clean. Breakfast was fresh and the attendant was super cool!! CONS: If your room is on the 4th floor facing the roof of the restaurant, you will smell the kitchen lol. No microwaves in the room but one was located near the ice machine. MAJOR CONS: The bathroom needs updating. The ceiling was peeling, shower head was sticking out of the wall, handles on the bathroom counter was loose even though there are no actually drawers to pull open and the shower curtain was just raggedy as can be!! Yes, I would return! 😎

The staff is friendly and welcoming... the only reason service is not 5 star is because the restaurant/bar was slammed with a couple of obvious large contractor groups...and only 1 server for both bar and restaurant... soooooo it was an extremely long wait for even simple drink orders. It is incredibly convenient to EVERYTHING!

The shower is not in good shape. Faucet handle coming off, and the hot is not where it is supposed to be. I don't think maintenance does anything with these rooms. Shower needs work.
