Even after that, only when I asked at the front desk to make sure ibwas actually checked in, did they realize I had a reservation at a the other holiday inn express. I will admit my fault in driving to the wrong hotel, but it is absolutely unexceptable to check someone in without confirming their stay. Ill leav it at that.
