  Our go to place to stay during AHSAA State Bowling finals. Always very clean rooms and comfy beds. The gravy and biscuits for breakfast...😋 👌 Just be careful when turning in from the road to parking lot... if you are in a car lower to the ground you will scrub. I would suggest going further down to the second entrance. We will be back again next year.

  Upon my arrival to the hotel the check in process was very smooth. The attendant was very kind and helpful. The ease of accessing my room was smooth as well. My room was nice. Clean however just a little light dusting is needed. It was very spacious. My family and I have no complaints. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Area was clean, neatly organized. A nice little variety of food and something to drink. Those biscuits and gravy were delicious! Also for the young lady who helped me place my food on a tray and showed me where the beverage machine was thank you so much! You made my experience there even better. The staff overall were kind and helpful. Making sure that if we needed anything and taking our trash. Check out was smooth as well. Overall my weekend experience was a great one and I will return.

  The breakfast crew is great! Theda deserves a standing ovation for her service and attention she gives to the guests. Now I understand why my family stays here whenever in town. All of the staff I came in contact during my stay was very kind, greeting me with smiles. I look forward to my next trip to Mobile.

  I was very disappointed with our stay due to a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the carpet in our room. The smell was overwhelming and seemed to be dog urine or mildew-like smell. Shortly after settling in, both my son and spouse began experiencing allergic reactions, including congestion, sneezing, and difficulty breathing. We were in room 316. We decided to tuff it out there since we didn’t check in until after 10 pm because we just left a church event. I didn’t want to take my family through all the hassle of trying to find another hotel that late, since it was a 2 hours drive for us. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning, especially since we were traveling as a family. We brought the issue to the staff’s attention, and the staff was extremely helpful. The staff offered us another room, which had a worst carpet smell. A hotel room should be clean, safe, and healthy for guests. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families or anyone with allergies or sensitivities. I truly hope management takes this seriously because this could be dangerous for guests with allergies, asthma, or sensitivities. I am a IHG Silver Elite member and I have traveled & stayed at multiple hotels but none as disgusting as this one. I will never stay at this hotel again !!
