Madison was kind enough to help us out and graciously offered to ship the laptop to our house. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Madison was amazing and so helpful. Christie was also great in the check-in process

Our room on the 5th floor was clean but once in bed there was a mechanical humming heard through our pillows. We thought it might be our AC but when we turned it off the humming remained. Of course this made sleeping a bit annoying. The restaurant and bar was under staffed. Many of the cocktails on the menu were not available due to poor inventory. Food on menu was also not very appetizing. Hotel is in a serious need of updating and renovation.
