    DO NOT BOOK !! Be aware before booking at this property..After traveling for a funeral in mobile we booked this hotel right before arrival as we were looking for something close to where the services would be. After arriving and waiting for the front desk agent to finish her smoke break we were told she didn't have anything available to check in at the time we were there..We needed to get dress for the services so we called down the street to another Hilton property that was able to accommodate us on a check in right away. This property would not refund us the booking..I stay with Hilton properties every time I travel and never had an issue. This hotel is seeking money nothing about the customers. I get the cancellation policy but we had a funeral to get to which required us getting ready and they couldn't accommodate a check on arrival. No problem refund and move on each property has the ability to accommodate but the management refused mind you we literally booked 1 hour prior to arrival.Im very disappointed that hilton allows a property with there name on it to treat there loyal customers this way. This hotel is certainly a 2 star to act as if they are in a high demand like a 4-5 star. I should have known when I seen the sign at the desk housekeeping will clean your room every other day it was going to be a crop show.

    I am a team Hilton member I had a room for two nights doing the busy Mardi Gras I came to check in but they canceled my reservation saying my card declined that was not true I know she sold my room to someone else this was the manager but she had went home for the day and left a note for me I am going out to make sure that this does not happen again to anyone else it is not right she needs to be dealt with one of the worst nights of my life thanks for ruining my night😩😥😢😭

    The front desk staff in the bartender is very polite very helpful put the rooms are extremely old and outdated almost makes you feel like you're staying out of motel. One elevator works. Our room keys had stop working a few times The lobby is beautiful. It's time for a major rehab.

    The staff, particularly the evening desk agent and barkeep, made this stay. They were pleasant and helpful, with a smile and welcoming demeanor. The rooms are fairly clean, though a bit dated. The shower has a strong chlorine smell, which I attribute to the proximity to the bay. The hotel halls had this odd aged smell almost. That said, it was comfortable and quiet. The proximity to restaurants was a huge upside. The parking lot is a bit small and tight. Overall, serviceable hotel for a business or quick trip, though not really ideal for a vacation.

    Please don't EVER charge for breakfast nor water in the rooms if your hotel isn't top tier. The room smell like pets & the bed spread is worn out as well as the outdated furniture. I'm glad I remembered to bring my LYSOL. So glad this is only a 1 night stay. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
