The rooms are clean and big. The location is close to the airport with a few restaurants nearby, and the staff is exceptional. Id only take a half star off, but don't have that option, because the walls do not block anything as far as noise. Guests are not noisy unless there's loud kids, but what got me is the housekeeping staff conversations could be heard very clearly. They were rude, but just the fact I could heard them so clear was funny. Aside from that small thing, I'd recommend the hotel. The front desk and breakfast staff were all super nice and accommodating. I was given very helpful info any time I had a question.

Don't stay here. The staff are very kind and helpful, but Hilton clearly isn't investing in this location anymore. The room was old and had broken drawers, wall damage, old carpet, gross couch, it just went on and on. The funniest disappointment was the TV. No streaming options, no channel guide, no HBO, I gave up and watched my phone. Stay somewhere else.

A very good breakfast bar. Pool with covered patio area adjacent. All of the staff in housekeeping were extremely friendly. By far, one of my best hotel experiences over the years.

I have certain criteria for where I stay when I’m out of town. Presently, I have 104 nights out this year with Hilton properties and have been a lifetime Diamond member for a couple years for a reason. I trust the Hilton brand for the people, the properties, how they are kept, and how safe they are. I have to say I was deeply disappointed in this Hampton. While the front staff seemed fine, the room had some concerns. First of all the room, 128, has a connecting room that the deadbolt would not lock. It just spun, so I had to put a chair that for whatever reason was from the breakfast area under the doorknob so my wife and I could sleep without the fear of any uninvited guest. When my wife went to relax on the sofa, she sank all the way to the floor and couldn’t get up without my help. Seemed odd until I opened the sofa bed to find no mattress. Do you know what happens if there is no mattress in a sofa bed, there’s no support. That’s when we realized why the breakfast chair from the lobby was in the room. So both evenings we watched tv from a breakfast chair and the desk chair. I didn’t bother calling the front desk, because I knew they couldn’t do anything and they had told us they were sold out when we checked in. Lastly, the bathroom and vanity room floors were sticky. Don’t know what it was and don’t want to know, but I normally don’t ever worry about putting on shoes to walk 10 feet to the bathroom. Not sure who owns this property, but an update and some repairs seem overdue. I won’t stay at this property again.
