Not really worth the money. The room was clean but the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Couldn't really sleep without back pain or a headache. Also the elevator button was broken on the second floor to go down to the first floor. I also got sick 20 minutes after eating the hotel breakfast. It was good food, but definitely caused some stomach trouble. All the staff were really nice though.

Used digital key for a late arrival and was greeted when we arrived. The front desk lady was prompt with our welcome bag and was welcoming. Our room was clean, prepped for us in all regards and everything worked without issue. Things weren’t new, but didn’t seem outdated either. Breakfast was stocked and was tasty. Everything seemed clean at first glance. We had a nice quick overnight stay. Only issue was the parking lot lights weren’t working, so that element of safety and security was lacking. Even the Home2 two hotels down the road from us had working parking lot lights, so that could be improved.

There were red round bugs all over the ceiling at least 20 that we noticed within five minutes of entering the room. How the room smells so heavily of cleaning products but is riddled with bugs beats me

This location is a sub-standard Hampton Inn. It's outdated, surrounded by budget-banded hotels and limited dining options nearby. We did not experience the standard Hampton Inn breakfast because of a lack of attention by staff, limited or zero product (no Orange juice, milk or creamer options) as well as the breakfast bar attendant leaving work 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast service time leaving guests to fend for themselves. The hotel room (as well as much of the hotel) was OUTDATED and caused us to doubt the cleanliness of the room. While we found the room satisfactory, it was not worth the price charged. The elevator needs attention (you had to press the UP button to take the elevator down to the first floor!!) and since this is one of the first impressions of a hotel, it was another example of management's lack of focus and their inability to provide a positive guest experience. Hampton Inn (and Hilton) need to enforce their standards or it will soon become like the surrounding properties.
