Coffee is 24hrs and brewed fresh at push of a button. Full size fridge, microwave and stove top available. Children and Pet friendly.

The parking lot is well lit up at night. There’s a dog poop station at the near the exit of the parking lot. Right across from the US district court building.

When I asked for help, management didn’t resolve the issue — they simply handed me clean sheets and told me to make the bed myself, which is not the level of service I expect from a hotel. On top of that, they put a ticket on my car even though they forgot to give me a parking permit at check-in. Other guests mentioned this happens a lot, which tells me it’s an ongoing problem. The property is advertised as smoke-free, but outside near the TV area there were people smoking constantly, including staff. There’s even a “smoker alley,” which makes the “smoke-free facility” signs feel misleading. The one bright spot was an employee who was genuinely friendly and helpful — I believe he’s the one who rides a bicycle around the property. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience overshadowed that. Overall, I cannot recommend this location based on my stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests.
