Spacious breakfast area. Seemed well maintained and decorated. Pet Friendly. Attentive staff. Ample parking. Only reason I can’t give a five is I didn’t see enough of the facility.

No issues with other guests, local areas, or staff, who allowed a late check out and were very helpful. If you get in late, be sure to take advantage of that delicious coffee machine inside the lobby! ☺️

The room was comfortable. The room was clean the bed, maybe not as comfortable as I would have liked, but it was a great stay to know that I was in a room that was clean made it even better. I will definitely stay here again if I venture into this area.
- DMDamarius MontgomeryDec 29, 20251.0My wife and I checked into the hotel on Christmas Eve. Upon entering our initially assigned room, we immediately noticed a strong and persistent cigarette odor. I promptly returned to the front desk to report the issue, and we were reassigned to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room presented several additional concerns. The toilet seat was not securely fastened, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the couch had visible stains. Additionally, one of the towels provided had a black substance on it. When I contacted the front desk to request clean towels, I was informed that I would need to bring the used towels to the front desk in order to receive replacements, rather than having fresh towels delivered to the room. I returned to the front desk to express my disappointment, explaining that I have stayed at many hotels over the years and have never experienced conditions or procedures such as these. To further compound the issue, the room was EXTREMELY humid. While resting, our clothing became damp and clung to our bodies due to the excessive humidity, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards we expected, especially during a holiday stay. This was not our first time staying at this property. However, after this experience, we will not be returning.

The staff were friendly. There was a free coffee machine in the lobby which was a nice touch. The staff extended our checkout at short notice.
