- AHA HogueOct 29, 20251.0New. Not built well. Not being cleaned. Long black hair multiple places in the bathroom floor upon arrival. Pieces of trash under the bed and in floors of bathroom and kitchen. Valve for handicapped/handheld shower did not work at all, so no full shower for one person staying in the room that needed this functionality. TV remote found covered with dust under the sofa. TV service only worked an hour or so each night. Message on screen for signal not found was the entertainment. Loud rooms - can hear all traffic in the area. Low-energy front desk personnel concerned with nothing. Saturday breakfast crew in the back on cell phones or having conversations throughout the dining area and not keeping up with needs of people trying to fix their breakfast. Nothing done about any issues reported. Paid full price for pitiful room and service. Do not recommend this property.
- BKBradley KOct 19, 20255.0Extremely spacious rooms and great value, would be fantastic for a longer stay—I just stayed one night passing through on a road trip. The whole hotel felt very clean and new. There were lots of food options on DoorDash in the area, and a very well appointed gift shop. Good breakfast in the morning, the attendant still let me get some food even though it was just after 10. Naquita from the front desk was very helpful at check-in and went above and beyond to help me with my electric car charging. EV charging is convenient and inexpensive, but it would be helpful for the front desk to keep guest vehicle registrations. There was a pickup truck blocking the EV charging space, but I was still able to squeeze in and charge. I will likely stop here again on my way home!
