I am so glad we found this place. The location feels very safe, the hotel itself is gorgeous, and the rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was truly one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, fresh, well-stocked, and delicious. I have to give a special shoutout to Ebony, the breakfast attendant. She went above and beyond, personally coming around to wipe down tables, check on guests, and make sure we knew where everything was. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out and added such a personal touch to our stay. This hotel has officially become my go-to whenever I’m traveling to Huntsville. Highly recommend!

My mom and 7 siblings were sitting outside attempting to book a room online when a Caucasian woman - who was a guest at this hotel- called the police on them for no reason other than their presence outside. Following the call the police searched their cars, and even detained my 16 year old brother. To make matters worse my mom asked to use their bathroom the staff refused and advised her to go to Waffle House instead. Ultimately their booking was declined. The staff actions and the guest who initiated the action should have been and still needs to be reviewed. This was racial profiling and harassment plain and simple. 0 stars if I could and would not ever attempt to book this trash.
