The bed slept great, the linens were fresh, and everything looked and smelled clean. The common areas were just as well maintained, which says a lot about how much pride the team takes in the property. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a great variety. It was the perfect start to the morning. The location was convenient, quiet, and felt safe, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. What stood out most was the customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Jasper area. 10/10 experience all around.
