  My wife and I have stayed at this new Holiday Inn Express three out of four weekends throughout March and early April 2026. Each visit has been 2 to 4 nights. Every time we stayed there, we have seen the staff working hard and treating guests with kindness and professionalism. We especially want to recognize Elizabeth at the front desk for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond in a way that truly stood out. We saw her assisting guests at the front desk, while also cleaning, mopping, and doing whatever was needed to make sure the lobby and surrounding areas were clean and presentable. Her energy, commitment, and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed. It is clear that Elizabeth takes pride in her work and cares deeply about the guest experience. She made a strong impression on us, and we wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized. Thank you, Elizabeth, and thank you to the entire team for the hard work and hospitality.   The rooms are lovely and spacious. The staff is so kind and welcoming, I was greeted each time I came in with a warm hello. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay! I highly recommend!

  This was a very CLEAN, QUITE and FRIENDLY place to stay for my family. The staff was very accommodating when asking for more towels. Breakfast was healthy and yummy but most importantly for myself everything was very clean! My husband also enjoyed the wonderful gym! Thank you for a great experience!

  The room has no TV the lady in the front office is rude as hell. I asked her if she could switch me rooms since the TV / internet / phone didn't work. She did not apologize for the issues in fact had an attitude. Her response was that if she were to switch my room she would have to go into every single room to see the TV / internet / phone worked. She didn't apologize for the issue all she said was nothing we can do. " extremely rude" I'm here with another person with their room having everything working. She basically said other rooms worked but she's not willing to go look to get me the service I paid for. This is absolutely the worst Holiday Inn I've ever been to The guy that works at night and the woman who worked the morning shift are extremely Pleasant. The afternoon woman really should not be working at the front desk with that unprofessional attitude They're complimentary breakfast is great though
