The two Betty's who work in the breakfast area are two of our favorite people, and we love chatting with them during our visits. They keep the breakfast area top-notch and are always helpful to everyone. The front desk staff are super nice and very welcoming also. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was sparkling clean, the bed comfortable and linens crisp. The shower was lovely and staff accommodating and friendly. When we walked in the door we were pleasantly greeted (by Sherry) and felt welcomed. The breakfast had many options and again, everything was exceptionally clean. As an aside, my sister stayed there the night after we were there…having found the hotel they reserved unsatisfactory. She too had a great stay. Kudos to the management.

Daniel helped me get checked in and took good care of me. The hotel is fairly new and in great shape. I found the room to be plenty big, clean, and nice. The bed was comfortable and I loved the big shower. Breakfast in the morning is great with lots of options. I had pancakes every morning. What made my stay though was the staff. As mentioned, Daniel took good care of me at check in and continued to do so throughout my stay, any time I needed anything. Every interaction with him was a please, and I found myself laughing each time I walked away from the front desk due to his sense of humor. I’d also like to mention Miss Betty (with pretty, short grey hair). She was an absolute pleasure to interact with. I had just left the hospital where I lost my dad the night I checked in. Needless to say I was hurting in multiple ways. The staff here made my stay as comfortable as it could have been, and lifted my spirits each time I talked with one of them. I will be returning to Huntsville this weekend for my father’s memorial and I look forward to staying here again.
