- RHRana Hubbard2 days ago1.0The room has no TV the lady in the front office is rude as hell. I asked her if she could switch me rooms since the TV / internet / phone didn't work. She did not apologize for the issues in fact had an attitude. Her response was that if she were to switch my room she would have to go into every single room to see the TV / internet / phone worked. She didn't apologize for the issue all she said was nothing we can do. " extremely rude" I'm here with another person with their room having everything working. She basically said other rooms worked but she's not willing to go look to get me the service I paid for. This is absolutely the worst Holiday Inn I've ever been to The guy that works at night and the woman who worked the morning shift are extremely Pleasant. The afternoon woman really should not be working at the front desk with that unprofessional attitude

The breakfast was nice and worth getting out the bed for in my opinion. Thank you for making the out stay pleasant
