We used to stay here and it was great however with the new ownership/management it has really gone down hill. The door to the fitness room was broke, hair balls in the elevator, very funky smell throughout the hotel. We checked out immediately and was never refunded. Manager lied and said we would once we contacted booking.com however that never happened. The front desk was very unprofessional including the manager at the time of check in. Please do not waste your time or money here.

On the day of arrival, Elizabeth made sure my check-in process was seamless. Both Ladies provided excellent customer service that has solidified my decision to make this location my preferred property anytime I come to town. Thank you Ladies.
