We tried to sleep but the room 214 played loud music all night. Then we went to breakfast at 7:25 which was to be served at 6:30. The lights were off in the dining room area and there was coffee but no food. We were on a schedule and needed to eat and leave quickly. We were told by the clerk in the lobby that the cook was late and that it would be about 15 minutes before the breakfast was ready. She apologized but this created a problem because we had to leave and we had already had the 2 meals @ 13.50 per breakfast added to our ticket. They refunded the breakfast but we have always stayed with Holiday Inn and feel that the family friendly place is no longer a choice for our travels. We liked the rewards program but feel the quality of place has been lowered.
