  The hotel was very very nice the breakfast was also really decent, the location is very good because it's only 3-5 minutes from a lot of attractions like The Track or Orange Beach

  Good location, spacious and practical rooms.Our beds were very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't too bad but I think they can do better with regular checks and topping up of the food.We had to wait for bacon,then wait for eggs,then wait for sausages.Organize better.I've stayed in a lot of hotels,cleaning staff isn't doing a good job.Walkways were filthy,showers are horrible,the shower curtain was pink,tiles need to be bleached.The pool is nice and small.The hotel is nice but staff needs to be trained better,they are messing a good thing up,they don't understand what hospitality is.

  The front desk staff was fantastic! The Breakfast staff was horrible. Acted like I was inconveniencing them. The whole juice machine was down. There no option for beverages besides milk or coffee. Not even water. The room wasn't the best. There was a dingy smell. There was someone perfume left in the room on the floor, the bath tub did not plug and the soap was just sitting on the floor as it had fallen off the wall. The elevator shakes terribly when you ascend and stop, so much so that it hurts your body.

  Room definitely needs maintenance. Water in bathroom never got cold. Faucet in bathroom was loose, tub was not very clean, shower dispenser was missing. Front desk was efficient but no mention of our acknowledgement of being a rewards member. Great location and price, easy to get to the beaches.

  Had reservations and put on card to hold and was going to use cash to pay for room. Got there and was charged for the room on my card and I asked why you charged. They said they didn’t take cash. Called back to the number toll free number back and they said they are supposed to take cash. So we canceled and again they charged my card. So the guy that helped made the reservation stayed on the phone for 40 minutes until we got to the other Holiday Inn said they will take cash. The operator like I said stayed on the phone and when we arrived I told them the situation and we was told yes we take cash. So we stayed at another location. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful. So we hung up with the operator with him saying glad I could be an assistance. Family is happy at the Foley AL location.
