We booked online for a king room. Checked in and got to our room, 2 beds. Called the desk because we didnt get the room we reserved , and was told they didnt have any king rooms left and we got the king rate (less). At 5 am someone was repeatedly beating on the door next to us and the other rooms alarm was going off for a long time.. loudly. The walls are paper thin. Breakfast was okay, everything was mislabled. Grits was oatmeal. Link sausage was patties.

I checked into this hotel and the only reason I am staying is because I am exhausted.my room is nasty ,hair in sink, carpet is sticky ,tile floor in bathroom is not clean, bubbles in the paint from water damages ,mold in the shower,(see photos).the whole parking lot is blocked off with cones leaving no parking for customers. The tile in the bathroom is falling off the wall.I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn Hotels and this one is by far the worst.save your money and go elsewhere.it is utterly disappointing and disgusting.I think the health Department needs to check under the paint in bathrooms and inside of walls to see if mold was covered up.its very likely.

The wallpaper in the restroom looks like it was about to come off the wall, the shower had mold in it, carpet between the beds moved and was not properly sealed, the Shelf with the refrigerator was torn and all scratched up a complete eyesore, the refrigerator did not work and there was an old cups under the refrigerator which meant the cleaning crew did a horrible job.

Absolutely disgusting! My room smelt like wet dirty dog with dog hair everywhere. Me and my husband felt sick due to how strong the smell was and we are older so I'm sure our sniffers aren't as good as they use to be. The bathroom floor was especially gross with dog hair and grimey dirt. The pillows smelt strongly like bug spray and i was very concerned about it being due to bed bugs. I did have 2 very itchy spots on my foot but no marks so I'm not sure if they had them. The white comforter smelled bad. Like it wasn't washed for awhile. They did not mop the bathroom floor. The people above us where very noisey both days. Running back and fourth loudly disturbing our sleep. The coffee( in room) was very weak like water. We did not get coffee replaced on the second day. I requested a deep clean of the room and was told it would be done. When we came back to our room to change for dinner the housecleaner was entering our room and said she would be done in 10 minutes. I said no take your time we requested a deep clean especially for the bathroom because someone previously had a smelly dog in there. I asked her to she get a message to do a deep clean and she said no. I told her the problem and she said she would do a deep clean. I could tell she tried and it did smell a little better. The dog hair was gone but the floor wasn't mopped so I mopped it with hand soap and a rag. It felt much better after just a quick wipe up. No more dirt on my feet. I won't stay here again.

booked a stay at this hotel to see twenty one pilots at the wharf amphitheater. only 15 minutes from the venue. lovely was very nice and made sure we settled into our room. nice set up, decent beds and a well stocked bathroom with lots of towels and washcloths. the pool on the back patio is beautiful and they have lots of amenities for guests. the breakfast overall was a 3.5/5, it was a good breakfast for free. i recommend staying here if you’re coming in for any event or work travel!
