  Can't wait to come back to best western on the beach. Went on a trip with my sister and we want to make this a yearly trip. Heather Checked us in and was so sweet. We enjoyed talking to her. We got the view from the 6th floor and it was incredible. Rooms were clean and island pancake house was an amazing perk of staying here

  Loved our stay at best western! Checked in with Heather she was so nice and gave us suggestions on her favorite local spots! Rooms were clean loved the view!! All around an amazing spot to relax!!

  Andre at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure everything I needed was handled smoothly. His positive attitude and calm presence really stood out and made the entire experience stress-free. Customer service like this is rare, and Andre truly went above and beyond. He’s a huge asset to the front desk and definitely deserves recognition!

  I booked the Best Western last minute for a work trip because of the low rate and had set my expectations pretty low. Much to my surprise, it ended up being a wonderful stay. While it’s not The Ritz, the rooms are very clean, and I found the beds and pillows to be quite comfortable. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I was having a pleasant stay. That coupled with the location directly on the beach makes it an excellent option for a stay in Gulf Shores.

  My family and me an my husband has been going to the Best Western on the beach since 1989, the service is OUTSTANDING, the staff is the most professional and friendly and goes out of their way to make sure we always taken care of.. The accommodations you cannot ask for better they are perfect, the rooms are very clean and the beach are is as well, I deal with Heather she is so kind and considerate and goes the extra mile to accommodate our family.. My family goes every June ands spends anywhere from 4 days to 7 days. A nice Hotel to consider if you are looking for a nice clean and relaxing place to go....
