  Wifi doesn't work, had no cable and was high priced for not too fancy of a rm. Staff does great job but owner needs to comp for no wifi due to bad service and having a $200 rm w no cable the entire stay

  Love this place! I wish I had stopped years ago. They take care of the customer and the location is so easy to get to right off I22. I pass this way 1-2 times per month and usually stop in Tupelo. New favorite stopping point!

  The clerk and the lady doing breakfast deserve a raise !! No issues at this hotel be careful in this town so many run down hotels it’s scary!!!

  Lindsay the night time desk lady was incredibly pleasant. Breakfast service was poor. Server was attentive but rushed and visibly frustrated. Food was limited with an hour left of service. Kitchen employee was blatantly avoiding restocking the buffet items and standing there waiting for 9AM so she could tear down the buffet. Not doing her job and leaving the food empty for 30+ minutes, allowing for my table and a another young family at a table to just sit there waiting for more food to come out as the clock ticked closer to 9AM. Bed was comfy, room was clean, AC was cold.

  I was here for business. I have stayed at many IHG locations, this was a newer hotel in 2026. The AC was powerful, water pressure and temperature were great, and the food service staff both at the bar and breakfast weee friendly. You can tell the staff care and take pride in their location, will be staying here again when I visit for work. Morgan at the breakfast service was attentive and pleasant to make small talk with. Recommend!
