Elevator’s were broken,
We were trapped until someone realized we were stuck. Grill restaurant was sketchy. Room had a colony of bugs, and when we complained the grill cook came up and stayed he was the only person on property.
Absolutely despicable! Holiday Inn do better !

Room had a weird smell. False advertising they DO NOT have free breakfast! They want you to pay $15 for their buffet at the restaurant downstairs!!! Not like any other Holiday inn. Truly disappointing.
NO microwave in rooms. Have to share one in laundry room! Towels and towel rack inside shower stall? What? Wall next to shower has water damage.
Property is very clean and it’s a nice hotel. I would never stay here again though because of the lack of breakfast like this chain is supposed to provide. I guess only some people get free breakfast? Also because they blatantly lie on the website saying breakfast is included. The lack of microwave is also a deal breaker. No breakfast and no in room microwave to cook anything? Seems like they are trying to force people to buy food in their restaurant since there isn’t anything close by.
For a quick overnight stay traveling through it’s probably fine. If you’re working in the area and staying for a while it’s not. I’d find a different hotel. There’s not any other food or restaurants nearby either. You have to drive to the next town over for anything.
Also the internet will not work on a fire-stick. The page to log in doesn’t load. This has been a problem at several Holiday Inn properties. I think they might be blocking people from using them.
