No greeting the whole time I was there, a week! Water pressure is horrible. All of this is a shame too, because the hotel has the potential to be beautiful and excellent!

When we got to the room, I called the Best Western, literally across the road. Rate….89.00 plus tax with my husbands military discount. I asked if you could match their price and of course you couldn’t. We realize that your hotel had a few more amenities, but 100.00 more? We were able to check out of your high priced hotel at no charge and stayed elsewhere. We will not be back to your hotel even though I am a rewards member.

The bathroom counter had some dirt in the corner like it wasn't being cleaned all the way. And there was 7 ladybugs in the room! While they are pretty, they sting when they bite.😬 Would prefer not to be bit while trying to get a good night's sleep for a long drive.
