Hampton Inn Greenville is a lovely place to stay. I was frustrated by a strange policy requiring all guests sign paperwork to check in even if we’ve already checked in and have our digital key, and the extremely slow elevator was frustrating and often took several minutes to arrive. Aside from those small inconveniences, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn when visiting Greenville.

Recently renovated, clean. Gym updated with Peloton. Breakfast standard but clean and more than enough. Special thanks to Grace, we called ahead to have a crib sent to our room. She located and had it set up in our room upon arrival which was super helpful when we arrived late at night with an infant.

Had a problem with first room we checked into and manager on duty took care of it immediately with a great attitude. Mistakes happen, how you recover is what matters and staff here have that down right. Everything went smoothly from there and I would stay here again on my way through Alabama, right off I65 and makes it super nice to have a Cracker Barrel next door for lunch/dinner and you have a great breakfast at the hotel. Works perfect.
