    For the price it’s pretty good, the only thing that really needed to be updated is the bathrooms. That are clean, but just really small. Over all good stay

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked through booking.com and paid through booking.com the hotel operations manger Melinda Anisworth was rude and stated that I needed to pay $208.77 again. I explained to her that I already paid through booking.com, I reached out to booking.com and told them what was going on. They contacted Melinda Anisworth, and she stated it’s my fault I shouldn’t have booked through booking.com. Melinda Anisworth was rude and attitude was horrible. I will be reaching out to cooperate to report her. I will call cooperate everyday. The experience I had tonight was horrible, cooperate needs to do something about this lady. I would not recommend this hotel. Update: I’m responding to the owner response. For one you was on the phone with the receptionist, the receptionist had you on speaker. You were rude and as evidenced by your response which is rude. As I said before I would not recommend this hotel. I have contacted cooperate and the issue will be resolved. Even if I have to call them everyday no human should have to experience rudeness from a place where they’re paying their money at.
