- TBTearra BraunNov 9, 20251.0I stayed here about 5 years ago and it was great (I left a positive review) This time around was horrible. I guess management changed. Upon checking in, I was told I would be charged a $25 holding fee and it would be returned to my credit card. Ok, thats fine but this should be stated when making reservations. My problem is with housekeeping. Why ask what time your customs will be checking out, when housekeeping comes around three hours before checkout knocking and opening doors they know customers are in? This makes no sense and is absolutely unnecessary. Thank goodness I had my latch on the door. And no I should not have to put the privacy sign on the door nob. They have a list of which rooms are occupied so why come and bother someone hours before checkout.

The host was very knowledgeable and accommodating, trying to help with any need. Breakfast was good, included items like eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, pastries, grits, oatmeal, cereal, toppings for everything, fresh fruit, juices, and more. The attendant for the breakfast was very helpful and kept everything running smoothly.

Clean room, comfortable beds, delicious hot breakfast with many options, friendly & helpful staff! Lots of amenities including fitness center, business center, & pool. Location was very convenient to I-65 and plentiful dining & shopping, in a quiet secluded area. Plentiful free parking. Wall of security cameras in plain view, felt very safe. Great value and reasonable rate. I will be back!

And much less expensive than the other hotels in the area. The deep soaking tub was a great bonus! Great breakfast! Fun fall decor in addition to the intriguing photos of architecture. Just great! We'll be back!

The desk clerk told us they did not have bedding for the pull out because they were full and did not have extra. That should not have been considered extra. We booked for 3 people, king and pull out. We made a trip out and got our own so No one had to sleep on a bare mattress. The strong mildew and mold smell in the entire facility set my allergies off. Thankfully we only stayed one night and was on the rest of our trip.
