The beds and large room were very comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit grubby (toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, and moldy/ick area in bath and sink) which surprised us because the rest of the hotel was very well kept. The pool heater wasn't working when we stayed. The breakfast was wonderful, and the evening staff who checked us in was very kind. Overall a very nice place!

It was excellent. We had a great room and the breakfast was full of everything you could want. Biscuits, Gravy, Cinnamon Rolls, Bagels, Yogurt, Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon, Turkey Sausage and Potatoes. They had Cereals, Juices, Breads, Fruits, etc. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in this hotel for the last 3 years at Christmas without issue. This year, we didn’t sleep the 1st night because of the people above us. We needed 2 more nights and discovered the price would double due to Christmas night. The IHG rep spoke with the manager and told us he would call. He did not call and when the desk clerk got ahold of him, he was unwilling to negotiate on the rate (even though the hotel is 3/4 empty) so, he will loose 2 nights and we will not be back…
