- BLBob Lommel4 days ago3.0Tried calling this place to book but nobody answered the phone, when we pulled up to the hotel we found the receptionist sitting outside so we booked with a third party online. Which is the way to go anyway. The room was comfortable, plenty big, nice shower. Bed was a bit hard but ok for one night. Price was good Tv worked well Breakfast was better than most Would stay again

- JSJason SloanJan 3, 20262.0Having stayed at over 4,000 hotels during my career this is a disappointing hotel stay for a few reasons. Probably the biggest issue is they’ve set all the doors of the rooms to SLAM shut. YOU WILL BE WOKEN UP BY EVERY DOOR THAT SHUTS. 1. They use the white hospital LED lights in the rooms. Hotels should use the warm colored lights IMO. 2. The TV streaming didn’t work. 3. The phone in the room didn’t work to call them about the TV. 4. The USB chargers didn’t work to charge devices. 5. Went to front desk and did offer another room on another floor but it was late and we already unpacked. Instead she said we could have snacks. There’s a reason IHG falls behind Marriott and Hilton. Senior leadership is obviously poor and it trickles down.

Even the cleaning staff spoke and was friendly. Where do you get that service these days? Read the reviews… the owner replies. Hands down a must stay if you’re in the area.
