Air condition and fan soo loud and also made crazy noises that would wake us up. No way to block other noises. Got up tired. Although very clean and comfortable beds. Bring a sound machine.

I had booked the room, but my mother ended up having to go to the hospital & I had to take her. I spoke with Jacky at the front desk as well as the manager, Aurion, regarding this & They would not accommodate me at all. They basically said come or forfeit your money! I do not recommend this place at all! Save your money.
