Also if you like to play Pickleball (which is why we booked this resort) the court is unplayable. The ball bounces in every direction and when I spoke to the office about it, the clerk said corporate wouldn't change it because they spent too much money on it. I would not return in the winter.

Our visit in October had beautiful weather; however, I feel you missed a golden opportunity to attract more seniors in the off season by not heating the pool and having a hot tub!! We were there with a large group, otherwise, I would not have booked here without a heated pool!
