Spend a day with the family sliding down water slides, or go racing on go-karts, which are also close to our hotel. You can take a day to go shopping at the Tanger Outlet Center, just around the corner from our front door. If you are in Foley for business, the Foley Civic Center, UTC Collins Aerospace and Vulcan Materials Company are a short distance from our hotel. If you’re in the area for sports, our hotel is located at the center of all three Sportsplexes, including the new Foley Sports Tourism Complex with only a 5 minute drive. But Gabriel was really professional and went above and beyond to help us and kept us informed. He was polite and overall I think he handled it pretty well considering how the water not working can be a huge inconvenience

Around 2:15 p.m., the hotel shut off all water — no restrooms, sinks, or showers — and gave no warning to guests. By 7:00 p.m., the water was still off. When we asked the front desk for help, the staff were rude and dismissive, offering no answers or concern. My wife has heart failure, and after a 10-hour trip, she had to take Lasix, which made the lack of restroom access not only uncomfortable but dangerous. We were forced to find other accommodations, creating a serious financial hardship since our money was still tied up in this stay. This experience showed a complete lack of compassion or professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with health needs or expecting basic care and respect
