All the fun—none of the traffic. Inspired by Southern small towns, Downtown OWA's pedestrian-only streets are Coastal Alabama’s destination for shopping, dining and entertainment! There's something for everyone in Downtown OWA—including live entertainment at the OWA Theater. Open seven days a week just outside Tropic Falls gates at OWA, on the Foley Beach Express.
Nice experience and lots to do. My family and I had an AWESOME time. Highly recommend.

Easter Egg hunt was a travesty. I’ve never seen anything so unorganized and horribly planned. Kids and parents running over 1-3 year olds and even worse for the 4-6 year olds. Most kids got ZERO eggs and they changed $10 for registration online. What a joke! Do not support this nonsense or the downtown restaurants. These events are a trap to lure you into coming and spending money at the places on-site. Do not be fooled into believing your kid or you will have fun. Again, I highly recommend not wasting your time or money here. 0 Stars

OWA has gotten so expensive to the point it’s not even worth going anymore. $30 for sunscreen in their main gift shop, the main roller coaster kept going down, water was nearly $5. This place used to be enjoyable but because of how much they’ve gone up it’s a waste of time and money. STAY AWAY from this place

Went to the Theater to listen to the White Tie Rock Ensemble cover Boston, Aerosmith and Journey. The band was excellent and so was the venue. Highly recommend this place for live music. We also visited a couple of places in the complex. I would recommend visiting the Murder Creek Distillery, their flavored moonshine are delicious.

We always spend the whole day here from open to close as much as we can. We're able to ride all the rides during off season. We're usually on the kiddy rides. The only bad thing is them being shortstop but since it's off season it's not bad because there's not a lot of people. I like how everything is set up where the kid rides are on 1 side and the big ride son the other. The set up of the train and rolling thunder is perfect while waiting for the adults at the rolling thunder and the kids are on the train. We went with a whole group and I think it's better that way so you can get group discounts and meal deals.
