Booked off of Booking.com and selected PAY AT PROPERTY. They attempted to charge the card on the reservation at 11am but we had got a new card and the expo date was different so it did not process. Card should not have been processed at all until we checked in. We always book through booking and pay at the property and no other hotel has ever done this before. When my husband noticed the charge decline he called the front desk and said we would pay when we arrive at the property. Apparently because the card did not process at 11 when we arrived at 5:15 the font desk canceled our original room. The lady at the front desk pulled a paper out of the trash can and written on it was our reservation and said cancel at 5pm. She said we can still get a room but our original king bed room was not available. 1 our original room should have never been canceled and 2 you mean to tell me within 15 min. someone was able to get our room. We had to settle for two queen beds after checking if there was availability ANYWHERE else in the area which there wasn’t. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms get really cool is about the only good thing I have to say. There was a band aid over the peep hole in our room. The bathrooms are atrociously small. Walls are paper thin, outlets by the bed did not work, and tv is very outdated. Today is the day we check out and a receipt was slid under our door . It’s just all very unprofessional. When speaking with a family member about our stay they realized they had stayed here too and had a awful experience. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Fairhope the Hampton Inn on Section St. is where to go, we have stayed there many times. Skip this place!

They have guess that's above that stomp all day and when you call to let know they don't do anything about it.kind of hard to sleep when you have work.
