    Hampton inn needs to get their act together. This is an average hotel at best. Thanks sleeper sofa is not made for anyone over 100lbs (I'm 150lbs). It was very thin and uncomfortable. Then there was the pathetic excuse for a breakfast bar. All they had were carbs, no eggs, and the worst sausage ever. Even the bagels were a day or so old. And the worst thing was the absence of waffle batter for the waffle station. Next time it will be a different hotel.

    You have heard it here folks, this Hampton Inn and Suites is the best! I travel extensively for work, and chose Hilton Brand hotels 15 years ago due to their hospitality. I like to mix things up and request quirky things once and a while to see what happens.....let me just tell you, Enterprise Hampton delivers! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and all around great atmosphere. Oh, and my Pauly Shore bed side photo with custom welcome quote was a hilarious plus! Bravo!!! I will see y'all again in 3 weeks.....let's say Steve Urkel next time?

    One of the worst hotels in this area. I travel for business and have dealt with a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst for customer service. The manager Beverly is unprofessional and refused to help me resolve a customer service issue. You are fortunate to be one of the few hotels in enterprise otherwise I don’t know how you stay in business. 3 stars is too high for this hotel l, this is a 1 Star with unprofessional staff.

    Decent hotel for the most part outside the congestive feeling the room gave me. It just seemed kind of stuffy even with the a/c on. Stayed here on a business trip paid by the client so I’m fortunate it didn’t cost me anything. I can’t complain too much because I did get “some” sleep before I was woken up by neighbors and other guests at 5:30am.
